Q: What’s included in the guided tour?
A: Our guided tours include a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), paddle, life jacket, and a knowledgeable guide who will lead you through a scenic route across one of North Georgia’s beautiful lakes. We’ll also share fun local facts, lake highlights, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all paddlers.
Q: How long is the tour?
A: Most guided tours last between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the route and package selected. Our Premier Package extends into a full-day experience and includes a catered picnic lunch.
Q: Who leads the tours?
A: All tours are led by trained, local guides who know the lakes inside and out. They’re there to ensure your safety, offer tips, and help you have the best experience possible.Q: Is food included with the tour?
A: Food is included with our Premier Package, which features a delicious catered lakeside lunch at a scenic stop during your tour.
Q: What kind of food is provided?
A: We’ll send you a curated menu selection the day before your tour, with a variety of fresh, picnic-style options—something for everyone to enjoy!
Q: I have dietary restrictions—can you accommodate me?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate most dietary needs. Just let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure your lunch is safe and satisfying.Q: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A: All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare your gear and ensure a smooth experience.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards and Venmo. A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required before equipment hand-off.
Q: What if I’m running late or stuck in traffic?
A: Life happens! If you’re delayed or lost, please call us right away. We’ll do our best to adjust your start time. While we can’t always guarantee flexibility, we offer the following options if rescheduling isn’t possible:-

Q: Can I share my equipment with others?
A: For safety and quality purposes, equipment sharing is not allowed. Each rider must have their own rental.
Q: What happens if equipment is damaged?
A: We understand accidents happen, but damage fees will apply based on the extent of the damage.-
Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my reservation?
A: Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe (like thunderstorms, high winds, or lightning), we’ll contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund. Light rain doesn’t always mean we cancel—but we’ll always keep you informed!Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes! Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a partial refund, as per our policy.Q: Can I reschedule my reservation?
A: Absolutely! If something comes up, we’re happy to reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. Same-day rescheduling is more limited, but we’ll do our best to accommodate.Q: What if I don’t show up or cancel last minute?
A: No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may forfeit the deposit or be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. We’re flexible when we can be—just keep us in the loop!Q: How will I know if my reservation is canceled due to weather?
A: We monitor conditions closely and will reach out via call or text if your reservation needs to be postponed or canceled. You’ll never be left guessing!Q: What should I wear or bring for my paddle adventure?
A: Dress for comfort and water! We recommend quick-dry clothing, water shoes or sandals with straps, sunscreen, sunglasses with a strap, and a reusable water bottle. A towel and a change of clothes are also a good idea.
Q: Do I need to wear a life jacket?
A: Yes—life jackets are required by law and must be worn at all times while on the water. You’re welcome to bring your own U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket, or we’ll happily provide one with your rental.
Q: What time is pickup for overnight rentals?
A: Pick-up is at 9:00 AM EST the following day, at the same drop-off location where your equipment was delivered. Please have everything ready to go!
Q: Can I bring my dog on a rented paddleboard?
A: For safety and equipment care, dogs are not allowed on rented paddleboards.
Q: Will food be provided during the full-day experience?
A: Lunch will ony be provided with our full-day guided paddle tours with lunch. You’ll receive the menu the day before your outing, and your guide will share the picnic location during your paddle.
