Welcome to GetPaddled! We’re committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience for all of our customers. Please review the following policies before booking your paddleboard rental or guided tour.
Terms and Conditions
By booking with GetPaddled, you agree to the following:

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

A $100 deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied toward your total cost.

All participants must wear a life jacket at all times on the water. You may bring your own U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jacket or use one provided by us.

No equipment sharing is allowed. Each rider must have their own rental.

No dogs are permitted on rented paddleboards.

Renters are responsible for the condition of all equipment. Damage fees will apply for lost or damaged gear.

Pick-up for overnight rentals is at 9:00 AM EST the following day, at the original drop-off location.
Liability Disclaimer
By participating in any GetPaddled rental or guided experience, you acknowledge that paddleboarding involves inherent risks. GetPaddled is not liable for injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages incurred during your rental or tour. Participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and agree not to hold GetPaddled, its owners, or guides liable for any incident.
It is the responsibility of each participant to understand and follow local lake rules, public waterway regulations, and park policies. By booking, you agree that you are physically able to participate and will act responsibly while on the water.
Failure to comply with safety rules, park guidelines, or these terms may result in early termination of the rental without refund.
Privacy Policy
At GetPaddled, we respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking—such as your name, contact info, or payment details—is used solely for processing your reservation and communicating with you about your experience.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Payment processing is handled through secure, encrypted third-party platforms (e.g., credit card processors or Venmo).
By booking with us, you consent to receiving occasional emails or texts related to your reservation, service updates, or promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of your scheduled rental or tour will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus any applicable processing fees.

Cancellations within 8 hours may be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit, depending on circumstances and whether we can fill your spot.

No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time may forfeit the deposit or full payment.

If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., thunderstorms, lightning, high winds), you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.

If you are running late, please call us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate by adjusting your reservation time. If that’s not possible, you may:

Use your remaining rental time.

Reschedule later the same day (if available).

Receive a partial refund in accordance with our policy.
